Fort Ann woman charged with DWI, twice legal limit

On January 8, 2021, State Police in Granville arrested 39-year-old Danielle Crump of Fort Ann, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

State Police located Crump shortly before midnight on Friday, as she attempted to free her vehicle from a ditch on the side of State Route 22 in the town of Fort Ann. Upon speaking with Crump, the Trooper could smell the odor of alcohol and observed signs of impairment. Crump was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed, and was taken into custody.

Crump was transported to SP Granville where she provided a breath sample of .20% B.A.C. She was issued an appearance ticket for Fort Ann Town Court on January 21, 2021.
