On September 3, 2021, the New York State Police in Queensbury arrested 52-year-old Lyndon L. Tatsey of Fort Edward for Criminal Contempt 1st degree (E felony), Criminal Possession of a Stolen Property 5th degree (A misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd degree (violation).

State Police responded to a domestic dispute at the Whippoorwill Motel and Campsites in the town of Lake George Friday night. Tatsey is accused of pinning the victim down during a dispute and was found to be in violation of a full stay away order of protection. He was also in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing cocaine and an envelope containing a driver’s license and cash that had been stolen from the victim.

Tatsey was taken to SP Queensbury for processing. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance. He is due in Lake George Town Court on September 9, 2021.
