Franklinville woman arrested for felony DWI in Great Valley
On May 12, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Stephanie D. Frauendorfer, 35, of Franklinville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated – Previous Conviction Within Ten Years and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.
During a traffic stop on State Route 98 in the town of Great Valley, Troopers observed Frauendorfer exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined she had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Frauendorfer was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.29% BAC.
Frauendorfer was released with appearance tickets for Great Valley Town Court, where she is due to appear in June.
