Troop A Commander

On January 4, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Stephanie Fry, 45, of Fredonia, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
The Troopers responded to Country Fair in Fredonia for a report of a suspicious subject. The Troopers located Fry in her vehicle at one of the gas pumps and placed her under arrest after she failed several SFSTs. Fry was also found to be in possession of a tube containing cocaine. Fry was transported to SP Fredonia where she provided a breath sample of .13. As Fry’s driving record revealed two DWI convictions in the preceding 10 years the charge was upgraded to a felony. Fry was then processed, issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket and released. Fry is scheduled to appear in the town of Pomfret Court next month.
