On February 22nd, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Dylan Sugden, 26, of Fredonia, for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degrewe, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Arkwright for a report of an unwanted subject. Upon arrival, the Troopers observed Sugden yelling and banging on the door of the residence. Further investigation revealed that the victim had a stay-away order against Sugden. Sugden was placed under arrest and while being searched, the Troopers found a bag of methamphetamine and a syringe containing methamphetamine residue on his person. Sugden was then transported to SP Fredonia, processed, and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
