On April 4th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew Mattson, 28, of Frewsburg, for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree.
 
The Troopers responded to a residence in Frewsburg for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that Mattson struck the victim in the face and took her phone when she attempted to call for police assistance. Mattson had fled the scene prior to the Troopers’ arrival but was located a short while later and placed under arrest. Mattson was processed at SP Jamestown and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
