On March 8th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Todd Adams, 47, of Frewsburg, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree.
 
The Troopers pulled over a motorcycle on I-86 in Stow for speeding and placed Adams under arrest after he failed several SFSTs. Adams was transported to SP Jamestown where he refused to provide a breath sample. A check of Adams’ driving record revealed that his driving privileges in New York had been revoked for an alcohol related conviction. Adams was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
