Friendship man arrested for DWI after West Almond traffic stop

On August 15, 2021, SP Amity Troopers arrested Raymond T. Hadsell, of Friendship, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.

During a traffic stop on I-86 east bound in the town of West Almond, Troopers observed Hadsell exhibiting obvious signs of impairment and determined that he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition.  He failed administered standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.  Hadsell was transported to SP Amity for processing, where he refused to take a breath test. 

Hadsell was arraigned in the town of Angelica town court and released on his own recognizance.
