Brian Goodrich had been arrested on the additional charges of Criminal Mischief 2nd degree (D felony) and Possession of a Large Capacity Ammo Feeding Device (A misdemeanor). He was charged after it was determined that a third property was struck by gunfire during the original incident. Goodrich was arraigned in Fulton Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on April 6, 2022.

On March 20, 2022, the New York State Police in Cobleskill arrested 53-year-old Brian Goodrich of Fulton for two counts Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E felony) and Possession of a Large Capacity Ammo Feeding Device (A misdemeanor).

Goodrich is accused of shooting a firearm from his vehicle while on West Fulton Road in the town of Fulton. The West Fulton Firehouse was struck and damaged as was an above ground pool on a neighboring property. No one was inside the firehouse at the time and no one injured in during the incident.

Goodrich was taken into custody and processed at SP Cobleskill. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Fulton Town Court on April 6, 2022.
