Gansevoort man charged with child endangerment following domestic dispute

On March 28, 2021 State Police in Wilton arrested 30-year-old Robbie M. Frye of Gansevoort, for two counts of Criminal Mischief 4^th degree (A misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor), and harassment 2^nd degree (violation).

State Police responded to a domestic dispute at a Gansevoort residence shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Frye is accused of pushing and holding the victim down during an argument that turned physical. He caused damage to the interior of the residence and took the phone from a child who was present during the altercation and was attempting to call 911.

Frye was taken into custody at the scene and transported to SP Wilton for processing. Frye was issued an order of protection and a criminal summons to Wilton Town Court on April 13, 2021.
