Major James M. Hall
Troop A Commander

On July 13th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Casey Saeger, 32, of Gerry, for Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.
The Troopers received a walk-in complaint of a past-tense domestic incident. Investigation revealed that, while driving home from a party, Saeger moved to the backseat and choked the victim, preventing her from breathing. Saeger then returned to the front seat and head-butted the victim in the face, causing injury to her eye. Saeger was arrested, processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
