On November 11th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Nicholas Estus, 19, of Gerry, for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Gerry for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that while at the victim’s residence, Estus had violated an order of protection. Estus had fled the scene but was later located at a residence in Ellington and placed under arrest. Estus was then processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
