On August 10th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Mary Butler, 63, of Gerry, for Aggravated Family Offense, Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
The Troopers observed Butler in the same vehicle as a subject who was the protected party in a stay-away order against Butler.  The Troopers initiated a traffic stop on Everett Street in Falconer and placed Butler under arrest. Butler was then found to be in possession of two containers and a bag containing methamphetamine. Butler was processed at SP Jamestown and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
