Gilboa man charged with unlawful imprisonment in Schoharie County.

On February 14, 2021 State Police in Cobleskill arrested 38-year-old Patrick D. Volpe of Gilboa, for Unlawful imprisonment 2^nd degree (A misdemeanor), Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd degree (A misdemeanor), and Resisting Arrest (A misdemeanor) in the town of Gilboa, Schoharie County.

State Police were called to the to a residence in Gilboa where Volpe was reported to have held a subject against their will.  When Troopers attempted to take Volpe into custody, he physically resisted their attempts to do so.

Volpe was eventually taken into custody and later arraigned in Blenheim town court.
