On February 24, 2020, State Police in Wilton arrested 47-year-old Michelle Marlow of Glens Falls, for Larceny 2nd degree, a class C felony.

Marlow is accused of using credit cards issued to her by her employer to make personal purchases. The purchases were made at Lowe’s and Home Depo over the span of eleven months, using her employer’s commercial credit card accounts. The majority of the purchases, which amounted to over $80,000, consisted of gift cards and household items.

Marlow turned herself in at SP Wilton and was processed. She was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court on April 20, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
