On March 4, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 33-year-old Andrea M. Stewart of Glens Falls, for Tampering with Physical Evidence (E felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor).

Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Stewart for a traffic violation, as she travelled on John Street in the Village of Hudson Falls. While Stewart was being interviewed, it was observed that she had a plastic baggie in her mouth, which she was asked to spit out.
