On June 14, 2020, State Police in Mayfield arrested 49-year-old Timothy C. Bleyl II of Gloversville, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Bleyl was stopped by state police for a traffic infraction Sunday evening, as he traveled on 5th Ave in the city of Gloversville. While speaking with Bleyl, the Trooper could smell the odor of alcohol coming from inside of the vehicle. Bleyl was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed, and was taken into custody.

While being processed at SP Mayfield, Bleyl provided a breath sample of .22% B.A.C. He was issued an appearance ticket for Gloversville City Court on July 13, 2020 at 8:15 a.m.
