On January 23, 2020 State Police in Mayfield arrested 32-year-old Grace M. LaBrake of Gloversville, for Criminal Mischief 4th degree (E felony), Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor), and Trespass (violation).
State Police responded to a residence in the Town of Edinburgh Wednesday evening, after it was reported that LaBrake had entered onto the victim’s property and used a knife to slash the tires on their vehicle.
LaBrake left the scene, but was stopped a short time later while driving down State Route 30a in Mayfield. While conducting an initial interview, the Trooper observed signs of intoxication. LaBrake was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed, and was taken into custody.
LaBrake was transported to SP Mayfield, where she provided a breath sample of .13% B.A.C. She was issued an appearance ticket for Mayfield Town Court on February 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m where she will be arraigned on the charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
LaBrake was also issued an appearance ticket for Edinburgh Town Court on February 3, 2020, where she will be arraigned on the charges of Criminal Mischief 4th degree (E felony), and Trespass (violation).
