On August 8, 2020, State Police arrested 42-year-old Jacquelyn R. Todd of Gouverneur, after an investigation revealed that she stole over $1,800 and falsified records while she was employed as a bookkeeper at Blevins Ford in Gouverneur.


Todd was charged with Falsifying Business Record 1st degree and Grand Larceny 4th degree.  She was arraigned by the Town of Canton Court where she was released on her own recognizance and to reappear in the Town of Gouverneur Court at a later date.
