Woodbury, NY – On September 14, 2020, at approximately 5:25 p.m., State Police stopped a car on I-87 in the town of Woodbury, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  While interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle and the occupants was established.  The driver, 37-year old Jeremy M. Miller, and the passenger, Garrett T. Grow, 34, both of Hartford, NY, were found to be in possession of approximately 115 grams of heroin.

 

Both men were taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Newburgh where they were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd degree; a Class B Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree; a Class C Felony.

 

Miller and Grow were arraigned before the Town of Walkill Court and released on their own recognizance.  The pair are to reappear in the Town of Woodbury Court on September 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
