Hartland women arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident.

On March 21, 2023 at 1:51 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Alicia L. Muscato, 30 of Gasport, NY for False Written Statement, Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Govermental Administration and Disorderly Conduct.

 

On March 21, 2023 Troopers responded to a 911 report of a welfare check at Hartland  Road, town of Hartland. Further investigation revealed that Muscato provided a false statement regarding an alleged neighborhood disturbance with her neighbors. While placing Muscato into custody, she physically resisted arrest and was eventually placed into custody. Muscato was transported to SP Lockport for processing. 

 

Muscato was transported to the Niagara Country Falls Jail for centralized arraignment.
