Hornell man arrested for DWI in Almond

On September 15, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Andrew L. Miller, 44, of Hornell, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating an ATV on a Highway, and Operating an ATV Without a Helmet.

During a traffic stop of two ATVs on Canacadea Street in the village of Almond, Troopers determined Miller had been operating the ATV while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Miller was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.

Miller was released with appearance tickets for Almond Village Court, where he is due to appear in October.
