On October 11, 2019, State Police in Greenwich arrested 31-year-old Timothy P. Souden Jr. of Hudson Falls for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E felony) and Assault 3rd degree (A misdemeanor).

Shortly before 11:00 p.m. Friday night, State Police responded to Broadway Lanes in Fort Edward for a disturbance.

Upon arriving they found that Timothy Souden had gotten into a physical confrontation with another male. The victim had tried to intervene after Souden slapped a beer out of the hand of a bartender who refused to serve him anymore alcohol.

During the altercation Souden bit the victim’s nipple and hit him in the face multiple times. When Souden was escorted from the establishment he picked up a rock and threw it at a vehicle in the parking lot, breaking the windshield.

Souden was taken into custody and transported to SP Greenwich for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket for Fort Edward Town Court, he is due in court on October 22, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
