On April 23rd, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Blaydon Niles, 29, of Falconer, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Niles was pulled over for driving recklessly on Route 394 in Falconer and after failing several SFSTs, Niles was placed under arrest. Niles was transported to SP Jamestown where he refused to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and refused to provide a blood sample. Niles was then processed as a refusal and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
