On Saturday, June 3, 2023, troopers from SP North Hornell conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle for speeding on State Route 36 in the town of Hornellsville. The motorcycle operator was identified as Mario C. Puorro, age 55, of Canisteo, NY. After an investigation, troopers subsequently arrested Puorro for Driving While Intoxicated.
On June 4, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested John C. Munch., 61, of Holland, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
On Friday, June 2, 2023, troopers from SP Painted Post responded to a disabled vehicle on Caton Road in the town of Corning. Troopers identified the operator as Rosemarie Ephlin, age 69, of Sayre, PA. After an investigation, Troopers subsequently arrested Ephlin for Driving While Intoxicated.
On Monday, June 5, 2023, troopers from SP Lyons responded to a report of trespass on Water Street in the town of Lyons. Troopers advised Julia M. Wirth, 51, of Lyons, NY, that she was not allowed on the property.
On June 5, 2023, at approximately 10:19 a.m., troopers from SP Williamson and members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to a two-vehicle fatal collision at the intersection of State Route 104 and Ridge Rd in the Town of Sodus. The involved vehicles were a tractor-trailer and a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck.
On June 5, 2023, at approximately 3:50 p.m. State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for seat belt violations on both the driver and passenger of the vehicle on Bay Street in the city of Rochester.

On June 5, 2023, State Police of Princetown arrested Arthur J. Currie, 29, of Davenport, NY, for Burglary in the Third Degree, four counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
On June 5, 2023, State Police of Princetown arrested Justin T. Dennis, 30, of Rotterdam, NY, for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information in the Third Degree.
