DWI arrest in Randolph

On December 3rd, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Kealohapauo Mendez, 43, of Randolph, for Driving While Intoxicated.

Fatal collision involving a tractor trailer

On December 4, 2020 at 9:31 A.M., Troopers out of SP Boston responded to a three-vehicle collision on State Route 16 in the town of Sardinia by between Hand Road and Allen Road.  Further investigation revealed that a 2020 Jeep was traveling south bound on State Route 16 slowing/stopping in traffic to make a left turn.  A 2020 Peterbilt traveling south bound on State Route 16 struck the rear end of the Jeep.

State Police report the arrest of Trevor S. Chambless, 25, of Port Chester, NY, for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 3th degree.

Catlin man arrested for Assault 1st and 2nd Degree

On December 3, 2020, The New York State Police in Horseheads arrested Andrew C. Kelly, age 33, from Catlin, New York for Assault 1st Degree, a class B Felony and Assault 2nd Degree, a class D Felony.

On November 21, 2020 at approximately 11:56 a.m., New York State Police at Homer arrested Michael N. Gonzalez, age 50 of Syracuse, NY for the misdemeanors of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and Reckless Endangerment in the second degree.

Rhinebeck, New York – On December 3, 2020, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks began investigating a larceny of goods at the TOPS supermarket on State Route 9 in the town of Rhinebeck.

A traffic stop in the town of Norwich led the to the arrest of a man wanted for stealing a camper from Otsego County in October then abandoning it in Binghamton.

On December 3, 2020 State Police arrested Jeremy A. Beckwith, 32 of Queensbury, for three counts Sex Abuse 1st degree (a class D felony) and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class A misdemeanor).

Valley Stream man arrested for possessing a loaded handgun in a vehicle following a traffic stop on the Thruway.

State Police report the arrest of Tyrese N. Johnson, 21, of Valley Stream, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Loaded Firearm other than in a person’s home/business) and Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device.
