NYSP investigates drowning in Chenango River Wednesday

Update: Shortly before 8:00 p.m., the New York State Police Underwater Recovery Team located the victim.  The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.  He is identified as 18-year-old Nicholas J. Russell, of Smyrna, NY.
