On July 20, 2018, following a one month investigation conducted by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Liberty and New York State Department of Correction and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations, resulted in the arrest of Teeka Perkins, 44, of Monticello, NY.  (more)
