 Troop E Commander

On Saturday September 28th, New York State Police were conducting a road check on State Route 352 in the Town of Big Flats. Police were trying to talk to a driver of a Ford F-150 when he continued to drive ahead. Police shouted at the driver, Guido Iannarilli, age 51 of Corning, to stop his vehicle. Police could smell alcohol on Iannarilli breath and he was unable to complete roadside sobriety test. At the Painted Post station Iannarilli was arrested for DWI and his BAC was found to be .18% well over the legal limit of .08%. He is to appear at the Town of Big Flats court at a later date and released to a sober third party.
