On July 19th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested James Morris, 37, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Morris drove to SP Jamestown to report damage to his vehicle from a previous incident. While interviewing Morris, the Troopers observed Morris to be in an impaired state and placed him under arrest after he failed SFSTs. Morris was then processed at SP Jamestown and released with a traffic ticket. Morris is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date.
