On January 12th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jeffrey Wion, 52, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
Wion was pulled over for speeding on Main Street in Falconer and after failing several SFSTs, Wion was placed under arrest. Wion was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant and cannabis. Wion was transferred to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where a blood sample was secured and then back to SP Jamestown for processing. Wion was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
