On February 14th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Joshua Burger, 35, of Jamestown, for Felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree.
Burger was pulled over for a traffic violation on Windsor Street in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Burger was placed under arrest. Burger was transported to SP Jamestown where he refused additional tests and evaluations. A check of Burger’s driving record revealed that his license was suspended and that he had been convicted of DWI within the preceding 10 years. Burger was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
