 On December 4th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Tyler Shirley, 32, of Jamestown, for Harassment 1st Degree.
The Troopers received a complaint in Stockton where the complainant located a GPS tracking device on her vehicle. Investigation revealed that Shirley purchased the tracking device and attached it to the complainant’s vehicle. Shirley was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
