On May 22nd, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Eric Lundsten, 37, of Jamestown, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree.
The Troopers and Ellicott Police officers responded to a residence in Falconer for a report of two suspicious subjects on the caller’s back porch. Lundsten was located on scene and detained, the second subject was unable to be located. Investigation revealed that Lundsten drove to the residence on a suspended license, and that he was in possession of a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue, two loaded needles containing heroin and a digital scale containing drug residue. Lundsten was then placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and issued tickets. Lundsten is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
