PRESS RELEASE
 
On September 5th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Teresa Suppa, 46, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
 
The Troopers responded to the parking lot of Tops on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk for a report of a female slumped over the wheel of her vehicle. The Troopers located the subject, later identified as Suppa, and placed her under arrest after she failed several SFSTs. Suppa was transported to SP Fredonia where she was evaluated by a Chautauqua County Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be impaired by drugs. A blood sample was secured at Brooks Memorial Hospital and Suppa was transported back to SP Fredonia for processing. After processing, Suppa was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Dunkirk Court later in the month.
