On June 18th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jonathan King, 31, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs – Leandra’s Law.
King was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown for traffic violations and while speaking to King, the Troopers observed multiple signs of impairment consistent with recent marijuana use. King was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown. King was processed, issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month. The child inside the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop was turned over to a family member.
