On February 29th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Shane Eshbach, 29, of Jamestown, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, two counts of Criminal Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
 
Eshbach was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on Route 60, during which time he immediately exited and walked to the front of the vehicle. Investigation revealed that Escbach hid a bag containing 10 grams of heroin and a bag containing six grams of methamphetamine into the snowbank. A search of Eshbach’s vehicle revealed a pipe containing methamphetamine residue, a modified straw containing heroin residue and a bag containing multiple glassine envelopes. Eshbach’s driving record revealed that his priviliges in New York had been revoked, totaling 23 suspensions or revocations. Eshbach was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Eshbach was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
