PRESS RELEASE

On November 10th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Kenneth Lamb III, 31, of Jamestown, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree.

Lamb was pulled over on I-86 in Kennedy for passing the Troopers at a high rate of speed. Lamb was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of a .15. The charge was upgraded to a felony after a check of Lamb’s driving history revealed that he had been convicted of DWI within the preceding 10 years. Lamb was additionally charged with AUO 1st Degree as his driving privileges had been revoked for an alcohol related offense. Lamb was processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Poland Court and released. Lamb is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court later in the month.
