On October 11th, 2021, New York State Troopers arrested Trisha Kaprolat, 45, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The Troopers stopped to check on a vehicle that was pulled over on Route 60 in Fredonia and after failing several SFSTs, Kaprolat was placed under arrest. Kaprolat was transported to SP Fredonia where she was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System Stimulant. Karpolat provided a urine sample and was then processed. Karpolat was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Pomfret Court later in the month.
