Lagrange man arrested for Ghost guns

Lagrange, New York – On November 30, 2022, the New York State Police arrested Jonathan Milland, age 38, of Lagrange, for four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3^rd degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of Assault Weapons in the 3^rd degree, all class D felonies, four counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony, and four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon as a Convicted Felon in the 4^th degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Subsequent to a long-term investigation by the New York State Police Milland was found to be in illegal possession of a ghost AK-47 rifle, AR-15, Glock handgun model 23, and a serialized shotgun.  As a convicted felon, Milland cannot legally possess any firearm.

Milland was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lagrange Court on December 20, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
