On February 9, 2020, at approximately 2:19 a.m., State Police responded to a report of a one-vehicle crash on McMaster Road in the town of Harrietstown. An investigation at the scene revealed that a 2018 GMC Sierra, operated by Adam D. Trim, 33, of Lake Clear, traveling west on State Route 186.  He attempted to turn left onto McMaster Road when he lost control, exited the west shoulder of the roadway and collided with a snow bank.

Trim was subsequently arrested for DWI.  His blood alcohol content was determined to be  0.23%.  Trim was charged with Aggravated DWI. He was released with tickets to appear at the Town of Harrietstown Court.

Trim is employed at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ray Brook.
