On June 10, 2020, State Police in Queensbury, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, arrested 28-year-old Kory J. Sendzik of Lake George, for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (D felony) and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E felony).

Sendzik is accused of possessing and promoting images consistent with child sexual exploitation via the internet. He was taken into custody after the execution of a search warrant at his residence.

Sendzik was arraigned in by Warren County Centralized Arraigned Part and released on his own recognizance. He is due in Lake George Town Court on June 25, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received by the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
