Lake Placid male arrested for burglary 3rd

On March 20, 2023, State Police members arrested Jamie A. Giroux, age 22 of Lake Placid, NY for burglary 3rd. 

On November 12, 2022 around 11:57 a.m., Troopers were informed of a possibly burglary located on Lead Pond Road in the town of Tupper Lake.  An investigation determined Giroux, entered a camp by breaking a window and climbing through it.  While he was inside of the camp, he stole items; assorted tools, a knife, and an axe.  Due to Giroux being incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail for unrelated charges an arrest warrant was sign by a Town Judge of Tupper Lake.  The warrant was given to the jail.

On March 20, 2032, Giroux was transported by Franklin Count Sheriff’s Officer to SP Tupper Lake for processing.  Giroux was arraigned in the Town of Tupper Lake Court and remanded back to Franklin County Jail.
