On September 12th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Brook Patterson, 34, of Lakewood, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree.
 
Patterson was pulled over for speeding on Waterboro Hill Road in Ellington and after failing several SFSTs, Patterson was placed under arrest. Patterson was transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where he provided a blood sample and afterward, transported to SP Jamestown where Patterson was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of suboxone and marijuana. A check of Patterson’s driving record revealed multiple suspensions. Patterson was processed, issued tickets and released. Patterson is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellington Court on a later date.
