On November 20, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Jorg B. Mruk, 23, of Lancaster, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.


Mruk was operating a 2013 BMW on Main Street in the town of Clarence when he was stopped for driving erratically. Further investigation revealed Mruk had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition and was also found in possession of a small amount of crack cocaine. Mruk was arrested and transported to SP Clarence where he refused to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). Mruk was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
