Large drug seizure in Columbia County

Gallatin, New York – On March 6, 2023, the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, Community Stabilization Unit, and Major Crimes Unit in conjunction with the city of Hudson Police Department and the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office arrested Raydell R. Antonetti, age 36, of Hudson, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1^st degree, a class A-I felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree, a class B felony.

At approximately 7:50 p.m., Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway of a Honda CRV for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation discovered a kilogram of cocaine in Antonetti’s possession. With the assistance of the Hudson Police Department, a search warrant was executed at two locations in Hudson where approximately 102.7 grams of crack cocaine, 182.1 grams of cocaine, over $32,000 in U.S. Currency, a Beretta 9MM handgun, a Ruger .380 handgun, and a 12-gauge shotgun were found.

Antonetti was arraigned before the town of Claverack Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
