The New York State Police out of Lockport conducted a seatbelt detail on Friday May 26, 2023 in the Town of Lockport as a part of 2023’s Click It Or Ticket initiative. Tyler Snyder, Age 23, of the Town of Lockport was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs.
On May 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Nicole R. Nowaczyk., 42, of Depew, NY, for aggravated DWI.
The New York State Police will increase patrols to combat drunk, impaired, and reckless driving throughout this Memorial Day weekend.

On May 21, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Dylan J. Nelson, 27, of West Valley, NY for Driving While Intoxicated – Previous Conviction Within Ten Years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

On May 12, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Stephanie D. Frauendorfer, 35, of Franklinville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated – Previous Conviction Within Ten Years and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.
