On February 7, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Nathan R. Clark, 33, of Bradford, PA for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.

On February 7, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Melissa A. Smith, 18, of Olean, NY for Petit Larceny.

On February 6, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Shaan I. Qureshi, 27, of Aldie, VA for Driving While Intoxicated.

On February 4, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Paul Parisi, 28, of Humphrey, NY for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4^th Degree.

On February 4, 2020, SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Michael A. Myskiewicz, 34, of Caneadea, NY for Burglary 3^rd Degree.

On February 5^th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Raymond Schmeltz, 44, of Kennedy, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol.

On February 1, 2020 at 4:25pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Makayla E. Figueroa-Cautino, 22 of Leicester, NY for driving while ability impaired by drugs and parked on pavement.

Major James M. Hall, a 25-year veteran of the New York State Police has been named the 25^th Troop Commander in the 102-year history of Troop A. As the Troop A Commander, Hall will oversee all State Police patrol and investigative operations within the eight (8) counties of Western New York for over 400 sworn and civilian personnel.
