On February 17, 2023, at approximately 6:04 P.M., the New York State Police in Binghamton responded to a reported fatal car versus pedestrian accident on State Route 7 in the area of Belden Manor Road in the Town of Colesville.
On February 6, 2023, State Police arrested Rodney A. Oakley, 44, of Plymouth, for Scheme to Defraud 2nd degree, Grand Larceny 4th degree (5 counts) and Petit Larceny (8 counts).
On February 8, 2023, the New York State Police at Ithaca and the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office arrested Orion C. Parker Megivern, age 44, of Tompkins County, for Grand Larceny 2nd degree, a class “D” felony, and Scheme to Defraud 1st degree, a class “E” felony.
On February 8, 2023, at approximately 4:29 P.M., New York State Police at Norwich responded to a one vehicle rollover collision in the area of 1100 Hoben Road in the Town of Oxford.
State Police investigated a three vehicle collision involving a State Police vehicle in the Town of Middletown.
The New York State Police today announced the results of a January 17, 2023, speed enforcement initiative along the New York portion of U.S. Highway 20.
