Swansbrough Jr., age 40 of Newfield, NY engaged in an altercation on June 20th while outside a residence on Van Buskirk Road in the town of Newfield, during which Ward discharged an illegal shotgun in the direction of Swansbrough and another adult male.

On September 27, 2021, New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Joshua R. Lotkowictz, age 27 of Ithaca, NY for the misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, he was arrested for the felony of Criminal Mischief in the second degree several hours later.
On September 26, 2021, New York State Police at Marathon arrested Mohamed T. Omar, age 26 of Rockaway Beach, NY for the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree.

On September 28, 2021 shortly after 2:00 p.m., New York State Police at Margaretville were dispatched by Delaware County 911 to State Route 28 in Andes for a New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) truck struck by a vehicle. Andes EMS also responded to the scene.
