The crash occurred on State Route 12E near the intersection with Bourcy Road in the town of Cape Vincent. 

UPDATED INFORMATION 
State Police in Fulton have located 37-year-old Michael R. Burr in good health. 

Troopers arrested Sharon M. Schnauffer, age 50 from Chittenango, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Anthony M. Gallo, age 41 from La Fargeville, NY was arrested for Burglary 3^rd degree, a class “D” felony; Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer, a class “A” misdemeanor; and DWAI-Drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Troopers arrested Todd A. Williams, age 52 from Clayton, NY for Grand Larceny 4^th degree, a class “E” felony. 

Utica teen charged with entering two businesses in the town of Schuyler with a weapon and demanding money.  

The New York State Police will increase patrols to combat drunk, impaired, and reckless driving throughout Memorial Day weekend.

Troopers arrested LeeAnn A. Tedford, age 38 from Watertown, NY for (2) counts of Grand Larceny 3^rd degree, a class “D” felony.
