State Police investigate a 2 vehicle fatal accident in Canisteo.
On April 28, 2022, at approximately 12:30 p.m., State Police were called to State Route 36 in the town of Canisteo for a two-vehicle fatal crash.

UPDATE: Keith Hillard was taken into custody by the US Marshals Task Force earlier today. The task force is comprised of US Marshals, State Police, NYS Parole, and the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office.
