On April 26, 2023, State Police of Wilton arrested Renee E. Barrett, 52, of South Glens Falls, NY, and Erick J. Talback, 54, of Glens Falls, NY, both charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled in the Fifth Degree, a class “D” felony.
On April 27, 2023, State Police of Latham, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, arrested Brian Fitzgerald, 53, of Colonie, NY, for Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, a class “D” felony and Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
On April 26, 2023, State Police of Clifton Park arrested Peter D. Duffy, 56, of Galway, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a class “D” felony.
On April 21, 2023, State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol with the assistance of the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Ramar J. Martin, 37, of Troy, NY, for Stalking in the Second Degree, two counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, Reckless Endangerment of Property and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
On April 22, 2023, State Police of Queensbury arrested Jennifer A. Winter, 36, of Warrensburg, NY, for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.
On April 24, 2023, State Police of Latham arrested Mark W. Edmonds, 36, of Albany, NY, for Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. In addition, he has been charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree, Menacing in the Third Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.
On April 26, 2023, State Police of Princetown, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, arrested James W. Lethco, 50, of Middleburgh, NY, for Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child, a class “D” felony and Possessing of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
On April 23, 2023, State Police of Fonda arrested Brandon A. Delavallade, 39, of Schenectady, NY, for Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law offenses.
On April 22, 2023, State Police of Saratoga arrested Kile W. West, 28, of Greenfield, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, and four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.
On April 24, 2023, State Police of Chestertown arrested Erica Hitchcock-Smith, 40, of Chester, NY, for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Petit Larceny.
